Shipping & Return Policy - How it Works?
Shipping Policy
We process and ship all orders next business day. Our ship from location is Garfield, New Jersey, for FREE OF CHARGE. Most packages will be delivered within 2 to 6 business days.
We ship FedEx or UPS. We will provide you the tracking number on the same day. You can track or may be able to put notification on the way to you.
Below states are just few examples to give you and idea when you should expect your item.
NY, NJ, CT, DE, NH, PA, OH, customers will receive in 2-3 days.
FL, AL, TN, NC, SC, KY, MI, customers will receive in 3-4 days.
CA, OR, WA, NV, TX, customers will receive in 5-7 days.
Return Policy
Feel comfortable when you want to return. If you don't like the item, simply return it for a full refund within 30 Days of delivery in the original, must be UNUSED condition and packaging.
FREE Prepaid Return Label qualify for the below items:
- Unused items.
Below few items can NOT be returned including:
- CLEARANCE Items
- Used Items
- Close-Out Deals
Steps of a Return
- Contact us by email.
- You will be given RA Number (Return Authorization Number)
- Place the item in its original packaging or a similar safe packaging.
- You will be emailed prepaid return label.
- Place the Return label on the packed item, and drop it of to the carrier.
- You will be refunded on the same day of your return received by our department.
- If the item is used or clearance item returned, there will be %30 surcharge deducted from your refund.
Special Note on COVID-19
HAPSHO Team know how important a sense of home is to you, and you may be spending more time there doing your part to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19. We are doing the same, and are closely following guidelines and best practices from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Our warehouse and offices are being disinfected every morning at 8am and at closure 6pm daily.
All boxes, packaging supplies are being held in different place at least 15 days prior using them, to make sure everyone is safe.
We accept returns, however, we do not resell the returned items. Instead, all returned item are cleaned and wait to be donated to local charities.
