UNPACKING
The rug comes factory rolled in a protective bag, then boxed it to protect against any damages or dust during transportation. Once you receive your package, carefully open the box and tear the poly bag. Open and lay the rug down the floor. There may be a new item smell which is normal and it is not chemical or toxic. This smell is just a smell of a fresh brand new rug. The rug will be flatten in couple of days with the room temperature. For outdoor rugs, it will be fully flatten under the sun light. We also recommend if the weather is nice and shiny, lay out outside any rug, it will be flatten in couple of hours.

RUBBER BACKED Rug Care
Absorb accidental spills with towel. Spot clean with mild detergent. This Runner Rug is made of premium nylon material which is naturally stain-resistant, worry-free. Easily Hand Wash with garden hose using a mild detergent and then hang over a fence, sunlight will dry. Do NOT machine wash.
